At first, I wasn't too sure about using Study4Pass for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam. As a self-taught professional, I tend to rely on solid, hands-on materials. Surprisingly, the content here was spot-on. The guides broke down complex concepts like the Four Dimensions model in a way that actually clicked for me. One thing I really appreciated? The practice questions mirrored the real exam format. I’d squeeze in my reviews during lunch breaks, tackling one topic at a time, which really fit my schedule. That said, understanding the Service Value System framework took a few tries to grasp fully. Plus, I initially struggled with distinguishing between the types of key practices. Yet, each mini-break of study added up, reinforcing my readiness bit by bit. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
