I've got to admit, I wasn't entirely convinced that Study4Pass would cut it for ITIL 4 Foundation prep. But, with my last-minute cramming approach, it turned out to be quite the lifesaver. Yet, those practice exams, particularly ones covering the incident and problem management modules, nailed the question patterns from the actual exam. The hands-on practice questions provided explanations that cleared up more than a few foggy concepts for me. I struggled a bit with time management, but the timed practice tests helped streamline my process. And while I needed a couple of runs to really grasp the lifecycle stages, the verified content made understanding them so much easier in the end. Overall, a solid resource for anyone needing that final prep push.
