  Select options to authorize labor in different groups and labor they supervise, as well as their own labor

• ○

  For the group to have access to all labor information, select the Authorize Group for All Labor check box

• ○

  For the group to have access to individual labor records, click New Row and specify values for sites and divisions

• ○

  For the group to have access to a limited set of records, make sure the Authorize Group for All Labor check box is checked and other group check boxes are cleared
  

Select an option, then click Submit answer.

  It is possible to filter the list in the Report Viewer application to find the desired report output.

• ○

  Choose a report from the Report Administration application and click the link to the report viewer.

• ○

  Report content can be filtered as sensitive (requiring a Maximo login) or non-sensitive (no login required).

• ○

  When attempting to view the report, click the Limit Records button and enter the desired number of records to be returned.
